Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee and coordinate a portfolio of related projects for Automotive Platform Software. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning program objectives with organizational goals managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful delivery within scope time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Automotive Base Software platform program
- Plan execute and monitor programs to meet strategic business objectives coordinating multiple related projects.
- Define scope and deliverables develop schedules and estimates and lead program governance including risk and resource management.
- Represent the team as a technically credible counterpart valued for content-driven discussions especially with German stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with counterparts in Germany and India to strengthen partnerships and support business development.
- Mentor project leads ensure alignment with organizational standards and manage interdependencies across projects.
- Drive stakeholder engagement lead steering committees and ensure customer commitment to program success.
- Align program goals with business strategy promote innovation and identify opportunities for service or project expansion.
Qualifications :
Must Have:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related engineering field.
- More than 10 years of experience including over 5 years in project management within the embedded systems/ IT field.
- Expertise in software requirements development processes and the full project lifecycle.
- Proficient in V-Model and Agile methodologies for effective project execution.
- Strong business acumen including experience in project sponsorship steering committee participation and strategic alignment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-domain and cross-functional initiatives while managing large teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA or Asana.

- Experience in automotive BSW
- Certifications such as PMP PgMP or other relevant credentials.
