Dive into the details and help bring our product vision to life! Youll support the Product Country Lead in defining building and refining our credit card product and app. Your key contributions will involve executing defined tasks and providing essential assistance to the app product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Documentation Support: Work closely with the Product Lead to break down features into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Assist in documenting product specifications and requirements.
- Market & User Research Assistance: Conduct market research competitor analysis and user research to gather insights that inform product decisions.
- Product Documentation Management: Manage and maintain product documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for all teams.
- Testing Coordination: Assist in coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and gathering feedback for iterations.
- Performance Tracking Support: Track key product metrics analyze user behavior data and support the Product Lead in reporting on product performance.
- AI Tool Application: Utilize AI tools for summarizing user feedback analyzing data patterns or drafting initial requirements.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in an Mobile App Product Specialist or similar supporting role to build a mobile app from zero within a tech or fintech company preferably with exposure to credit cards or payments.
- Experience writing clear and concise user stories specifications or requirements documents.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Eagerness to learn about product management fintech and the Vietnamese market.
- Willingness to learn and apply AI tools for product analysis tasks.
Good-to-Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with product management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Experience with data analysis tools (SQL Excel analytics platforms).
- Prior experience in fintech payments or mobile app development.
- Experience participating in UAT.
