Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- ITrelated qualification or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in a technical support role
- Prior experience with iOS devices is essential
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on iOS devices
- Strong understanding of iOS features settings and applications
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to provide technical guidance to both customers and junior technicians
- Exceptional problemsolving skills to address complex technical challenges
- Outstanding customer service skills and a customercentric mindset
Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced technical support for iOS devices
- Perform repairs and replacements of components ensuring compliance with the companys quality standards
- Assist customers in setting up configuring and troubleshooting their iOS devices
- Utilize expertise to provide specialized guidance on iOS features apps and functionalities
- Mentor and assist Technician Level 1 staff in handling challenging technical scenarios
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and implement solutions for recurring technical problems
- Deliver exceptional customer service addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs solutions and interactions with customers
- Stay updated with the latest iOS updates technologies and troubleshooting methods
