Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • Masters degree in information technology or computer science
  • Management of operations on virtualized and distributed infrastructures
  • Management of operations on environment with clustering replication load balancer
  • ITIL Practitioner (V3) / ITIL Specialist (V4)
  • Microsoft Certified Database Administrator Requirement
  • Oracle database: Advantage
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory environment is an added advantage.
  • Windows Server: Advantage
  • ISO 27000 other IT security Training
  • 7 to 13 years relevant experience in IT
  • Minimum 8 years experience in supporting and maintaining Microsoft Systems and Databases.
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • IIS
  • Remote Desktop Services
  • WSUS
  • PowerShell
  • Ability to Manage a Technical Project
  • Experienced in working within Large Corporate Environments
  • ITSM solution on the market Collaborative solution e2 PMP or equivalence Advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Within the discipline of IT service management (ITSM) as defined by the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
  • Main functions are supporting the IT infrastructure in the BUILD and RUN Team at an engineering level called IT administration.
