New Business Development Manager
Job purpose:
Purpose of role is to develop new profitable business within the B2B Direct Business sector in line with companys growth
Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary Qualification in Sales Business Administration Engineering or relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience with a demonstrable track record and skills/experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Strong demonstrated track record of business development within the B2B sector and improving market share in identified priority sectors (mining industrial construction fleet).
- Knowledge of the petrochemical and energy industry. Knowledge of B2B Lubricants supply is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous
- Experience working with or similar CRM tool is advantageous
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Internal and external Stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
- Strong Analytical Skills (monitor analysis and provide recommendation)
