Job Description
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Have a BS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Demonstrate engineering and administration experience with Network support tools
- Display knowledge of cloud computing and Network components (WAN and LAN).
- Able to effectively multitask prioritize and lead projects is a necessity
- Able to analyze complex situations and utilize troubleshooting skills systems and tools and creative problemsolving abilities under pressure
- Demonstrate knowledge of network diagnostic and monitoring tools
- Show basic oral and written communications skills
- Able to work independent and working across engineering teams
Responsibilities:
- Solving problems to support assignments involving the execution of a series of network engineeringrelated tasks
- Completing assigned tasks in a network environment
- Diagnosing basic Network performance problems
- Installing or troubleshooting programs within network environments
- Providing maintenance support and documentation as required
- Conducting performance monitoring on the network and performing other duties as assigned
