A key focus for this position is driving Client engagement to diversify the Client base.
The role includes developing and executing sales strategies for Clients and regions from initial engagement to proposal submission and handover to the project team.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of technology portfolio and project execution models (EP EPC EPCM)
- Continuously research and analyse markets and opportunities as well as monitor bid sites and platforms
- Maintenance of leads and proposals database
- Review tender documents and provide the following: Facilitate Bid no Bid meeting to obtain bid decision
- Compile bid initiation documents
- Determine submission compliance requirements
- Allocate bid team as per work breakdown structure
- Facilitate bid kick off meeting with the bid team
- Allocate and manage bid budget and bid schedule
- Facilitate the development of a win strategy with the bid team
- Facilitate coordination with Engineering Procurement and Construction to ensure external and internal costs are correct and optimised
- Ensure that resumes references and method statements are aligned to the tender submission requirements
- Consolidate inputs and compile estimates
- Develop compliant tender submission documentation including integration and editing of technical and commercial inputs from internal and external parties
