Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
Project Manager
To manage and deliver medium-sized projects from initiation through to completion ensuring delivery is within the defined scope budget and timeline. The Project Manager will oversee projects across a variety of disciplines aligning project outcomes with overall business strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle: from planning and scope definition to delivery and closure.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Apply Agile methodologies where appropriate ensuring flexibility iterative progress and value-driven delivery.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors/partners for the seamless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans track progress and manage risks issues and changes proactively.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and governance forums on project status risks and dependencies.
- Ensure effective communication between business units technical teams and external stakeholders.
- Champion and ensure compliance with internal project governance processes and methodologies.
- Support post-implementation reviews and handover to operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering medium-sized cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
- Solid experience working with Payments Cash Handling Systems and Trading environments is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Microsoft Product Suite (Excel Teams SharePoint Project etc.) is required.
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile (Scrum Master/Product Owner) or similar project management certifications are preferred.
