Offshore Accounts Assistant - Remote (KZN) Our client needs a self-motivated deadline-driven Offshore Accounts Assistant with strong analytical skills and clear communication to join their team remotely for an initial 6 months contract.
Responsibilities:
Record purchase and overhead invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Manage multi-currency bank feeds and transaction allocations (GBP EUR USD PLN)
Handle supplier queries credit notes and reconciliations
Reconcile Marex accounts and match to internal ledgers
Process credit card transactions and chase supporting documentation
Ensure accurate syncing and reconciliation of sales invoices from CRM (Zoho)
Assist in preparing monthly reports consultant commissions and reconciliations
Requirements
Proficient in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
Experience with multi-currency accounting and bank reconciliations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Zoho)
Exposure to accounting in regulated or trading environments
Clear professional written and verbal communication
Self-motivated disciplined and deadline-focused
Familiarity with mark-to-market or futures accounting (Advantageous)
