Line Quality Supervisor - Montague Gardens Cape Town - Salary: R10800 CTC
Are you passionate about quality and food safety Were looking for a detail-oriented Line Quality Supervisor to join our team in a fast-paced food production environment.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 minimum
- Food Safety and/or Quality certifications (advantageous)
- At least 2 years of quality control experience in the food industry
- Strong computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee quality checks across production packing and dispatch areas

Manage a team of line quality controllers to ensure smooth operations

Ensure systems such as printers and computers are always functional

Provide hands-on training coaching and daily supervision

Report directly to the Food Safety & Quality Manager
