Job Description

  • Prepare high-level Excel-based cost breakdowns and process flow diagrammes to support proposals.
  • Work directly with the Director to develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project teams to compile accurate detailed technical proposals for prospective clients.
  • Analyse customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions using CFAMs product and service offerings.
  • Manage customer data maintain proposal templates and update CRM systems with accuracy and consistency.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-ups updates and proposal submissions.
  • Track and report on proposal outcomes pipeline status and sales metrics.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CFAMs product range and project case studies to support the proposal development process.
  • Assist in developing marketing collateral technical presentations and bid documents.
  • Schedule and participate in customer and internal meetings capturing minutes and following up on actions.
  • Support other business development and sales administration tasks as needed.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Engineering Industrial Design Business or a related technical field.
  • 35 years of relevant experience in business development technical sales or proposal writing in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with technical teams and understanding engineering documentation and processes.
  • Proven experience preparing commercial and technical proposals.


Additional Information :

hnical & Administrative Skills:

  • Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (formulas data modelling tables formatting etc.).
  • Strong administrative and document management abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
