Respond to tech inquiries via email through online chats over the phone or in person

Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role
Education
5 years technical experience, with 3 years of those in the Telecommunication industry. 3 years in Project Management environment. Microsoft suite, strong in MS Projects, PowerPoint and Excel. Grade 12 matric National Diploma or related in Electrical Eng qualification (LC). Post Grad qualification in Project Management or related. PMP Certification
