Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full accounting function up to trial balance for multiple entities
Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reconciliations
Handle month-end close processes including journal entries and variance analysis
Partner with operational teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
Support budgeting forecasting and cash flow management
Liaise with external auditors and advisors as needed
Requirements
- A relevant accounting qualification (SAIPA/ACCA/CIMA/ or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience in a full accounting role
- Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills (and experience with cloud-based accounting systems is a plus)
- Clear communication curiosity and a proactive mindset
