Minimum 3-year IT or business-related degree or diploma
1 to 2 years of analytical experience
Advanced MS Word skills in styling formatting and document construction
Logical and methodical problem-solving abilities
Basic scripting or macro experience is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and a passion for working with documents
Highly organized proactive and a fast learner
Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
Comfortable working alone or with a team
Strong client-facing and communication skills both verbal and written
Willing to work flexible hours when international projects demand it
Daily Responsibilities Include:
Constructing and styling documents in a Word-like interface
Analyzing client environments and spotting automation opportunities
Marking up documents with business logic stop-codes and data points
Troubleshooting and maintaining document templates
Supporting clients through email calls and screen-sharing
Preparing handover documentation and help guides
