The role
In this role youll lead a high-performing team to turn workforce data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making across the department. Youll be at the heart of analysing performance identifying capability gaps and delivering reports that shape our people strategy. Its about more than just data its about translating complex information into relevant actionable advice that identifies appropriate data tools and data strategies to help our leaders plan for the future.
Youll navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with data from multiple sources and manage sensitive matters with care and confidentiality. Your work will directly contribute to smarter workforce planning and better outcomes for the department and the communities we serve.
