- Office location Parramatta Newcastle or Orange with flexible working supported
- Clerk Grade 11/12 - Salary relative to experience and ranges from $145.378.00 to $168130.00 super.

The role
In this role youll lead a high-performing team to turn workforce data into meaningful insights that guide decision-making across the department. Youll be at the heart of analysing performance identifying capability gaps and delivering reports that shape our people strategy. Its about more than just data its about translating complex information into relevant actionable advice that identifies appropriate data tools and data strategies to help our leaders plan for the future.
Youll navigate a fast-paced and dynamic environment working with data from multiple sources and manage sensitive matters with care and confidentiality. Your work will directly contribute to smarter workforce planning and better outcomes for the department and the communities we serve.

About you were looking for someone who can:
- Experience with a range of data tools to suit reporting analysis needs and audience.
- Translate complex data into simple strategic insights for stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities with interchanging deadlines.
- Bring strong analytical and reporting skills to support organisational performance.
- Work confidently with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve shared goals and grow professionally.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive issues with integrity and discretion.
