Job Description
- Lead the development of complex financial models for infrastructure energy and capital projects.
- Conduct detailed project finance analysis including risk assessments scenario testing and funding strategies.
- Prepare and review investment memos due diligence reports and board presentations.
- Engage with clients lenders legal advisors and other stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Support transaction structuring financial close processes and commercial negotiations.
- Stay informed on market trends regulatory developments and relevant sector insights.
- 5 years experience in project finance infrastructure advisory or investment banking.
- Strong background in financial modelling valuation and deal execution.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple workstreams and drive deliverables to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly analytical detail-oriented and commercially aware.
- CA(SA) CFA or related qualification preferred.
