Job Description
Hire Resolves client is currently looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join their team located in the Free State. As a Diesel Mechanic you will be responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining diesel-powered machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-operated equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks.
- Document maintenance and repair work in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Red Seal Trade Certificate (Diesel Mechanic/Heavy Equipment Mechanic)
- 5-10 years experience working as a Diesel Mechanic on heavy equipment
- Auto Electrical & Crusher experience required
- Knowledge on Industrial Hydraulics
- Must be located in or near Bloemfontein Free State.
- Valid Drivers License
