Responsibilities:
- Strategic Impact: Elicit and meticulously analyse business requirements to drive the development of BI solutions that align with overarching strategic goals.
- End-to-End Solution Ownership: Design build and diligently maintain comprehensive BI solutions through the full stack ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Data Architecture Leadership: Prepare and skillfully combine data from multiple disparate sources to architect and establish a single reliable source of truth for the organization.
- Advanced Data Modelling: Implement sophisticated relational and dimensional data modelling techniques to support complex analytical needs.
- Insight Generation & Process Optimisation: Analyse and interpret complex datasets building intuitive reports and dashboards to provide critical business insights and identify opportunities for business process improvement.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Guide and mentor junior team members fostering a collaborative environment and contributing to their professional growth.
- Project Delivery Excellence: Take ownership and demonstrate a proven trackrecord of successfully delivering BI projects from conception through to implementation.
