Chief of Staff (Remote - South Africa)
Salary: $2000/month
Full-time Remote
South Africa-based candidates only
Overview:
Were hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with a dynamic founder and leadership team at a growing company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments brings entrepreneurial energy and has the operational acumen to turn big ideas into scalable action. Youll be the founders right handmanaging cross-functional projects driving execution and being highly client-facing when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to the founder and leadership team
Manage and scale internal projects across departments (Ops Sales Client Success etc.)
Streamline communication reduce bottlenecks and create clarity across initiatives
Track progress and report outcomes for high-impact projects
Support business development initiatives and represent the founder in client-facing conversations
Build structure around ambiguity by developing systems and operational workflows
Must-Have Traits:
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Hustle and ambition - you dont wait to be told what to do
Client-facing confidence - able to represent leadership with poise
Sharp communicator - Native-level English fluency required
Experience:
Background in operations project management or executive support
Proven ability to manage complex fast-moving projects
Bonus: Sales experience or prior support to C-level executives
