Job Description
Provide stellar support for SQL-based systems
Monitor and maintain infrastructure with flair and finesse
Work closely with end-users and other departments to troubleshoot and tune
Be the unsung hero who ensures the show goes on without a glitch
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years SQL/Systems Support experience
A solid understanding of SQL databases and how systems connect and talk to each other
Comfort working in a Windows environment (bonus if youve had exposure to Linux too)
Experience in retail warehousing or POS environments would be a big plus
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or any relevant degree
