Our client is seeking self-driven energetic medical device agents with expertise in the endovascular portfolio.
You will sell a range of high-quality brand-leading products. Established relationships with Vascular Surgeons are a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Achieve regional growth targets within private hospitals
- Follow up on sales leads and resolve customer queries
- Process orders promptly and ensure invoicing/delivery as per client procedures
- Build strong relationships with end users and customers to support ongoing business
- Provide professional and technical advice to address customer needs and promote the brand
- Conduct in-service training for correct usage of medical devices
- Secure access approval within hospital groups/clinical facilities before engaging with customers and support staff
- Attend workshops/congresses in designated regions
- Assist with administrative/logistics coordination as needed
- Maintain an up-to-date customer database
- Drive sales growth by optimizing resources and identifying customer/product opportunities
Requirements
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the medical device sector with a focus on theatre-based selling
- In-depth knowledge of the endovascular portfolio and experience in private hospitals
- Familiarity with theatre practices relevant procedures and reimbursement/funding issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present effectively to various audiences
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex situations and work with multiple personnel
- Proficient in MS Office
- Solution-oriented with clear communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
