Introduction:

Position Overview:
To deliver a project s business analysis scope as well as assist the team to clarify design and develop functional and non-functional features for the company s products and customer solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Requirements Analysis:
- Collaborate with the Business Process Analyst to identify data optimization opportunities;
- Design Business Dashboards and Reports;
- Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes;
- Define Business Data requirements ensuring data quality and integrity across all systems;
- Collaborate with Technical Specialist to design data optimization solutions;
- Design Business System Interfaces;
- Collaborate with Data Guild to drive business data accuracy and reliability; and
- Collaborate with System Owners to ensure data alignment across various systems.
Implementation:
- Translate data requirements to functional and non-functional requirements for a Development Team and/or Implementation Partner; and
- Create and update user documentation in support of UAT as well as Production deployments.
Internal & User Acceptance Testing:
- Assist the tester(s) as required with the translation of the data requirements documentation into the relevant test scenarios and test cases and the review of these test plans;
- Promote the quality of delivery by validating and verifying that the delivered functionality meets the requirements during internal testing (prior to UAT);
- Assist with the validation and prioritization of test results and defect resolution; and
- As required assist end-user with the creation of UAT test plans.
Transition to Support:
- As required develop training material and deliver training to relevant user community (internal and/or external stakeholders); and
- As required develop and/or assist with review of User Guides.
Post Implementation Review:
- Participate in Post Implementation Review sessions.
Data Analysis Competence Role:
- As part of performance of Data Analyst role develop implement and manage analysis methodology (templates processes standards) for Ecentric Payment Systems; and
- Provide leadership and support to other Analysts and team members.

Qualification and Certification:
- Degree or equivalent (Commerce/IT)
Years of Experience
- 8 years Data analysis experience (Payment Experience Preferable)
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies;
- Experience with Atlassian suite: Jira Confluence
