Job Description

Copper Quail Global is supporting a leading Renewable Energy IPP in South Africa to recruit an experienced ESMS Specialist to join their Cape Town-based team. This role is critical to ensuring environmental and social compliance across large-scale wind and solar projects.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Environmental Management HSE or a related field
Minimum 6 years experience managing Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS)
Strong background in environmental legal compliance
Solid GIS capabilities with a proven track record
Strong technical analytical and reporting skills
Must be a South African citizen or permanent resident
Help shape Africa s energy future through sustainability and compliance.
