Job Description
- Analyse business processes engage stakeholders to define and document system requirements conduct design sessions and ensure alignment with business impact and goals.
- Act as a bridge between business and R&D teams managing the product backlog prioritising features and coordinating delivery while representing user needs throughout development cycles.
- Assist R&D teams with documentation deliverables and sprint participation; ensure system design aligns with performance security scalability and usability requirements.
- Support system testing and quality control help ensure solution reliability and participate in post-implementation tasks including user training and rollout support.
- Deliver first-line support for system and training-related issues and provide continued assistance to business and development teams post-deployment.
- Leverage software development principles (Agile SDLC) and SQL produce and maintain accurate user-friendly documentation; communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A relevant tertiary degree would be beneficial
- A qualification in Business Analysis would be advantageous.
- 3 years plus experience as a Business Analyst in a financial services environment would be great.
