Job Description
Our client based in Pretoria is urgently looking for an Application Support Administrator to join their team
36 months renewable contract
Onsite
Duties & Responsibilities
-Experience working in a production support environment.
-Knowledge of SQL and database monitoring.
-Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS Azure or GCP) is a plus.
-Experience with IBM WebSphere / Apache Tomcat administration and troubleshooting.
-Knowledge of Java applications and application server management.
-Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration monitoring.
-Experience with log monitoring tools (e.g. Dynatrace ELK Stack Splunk or Graylog).
-Basic AIX / Linux system administration and resource monitoring.
-Ability to analyse application logs and identify root causes of issues.
-Experience with automation scripts for monitoring and maintenance is a plus.
