They are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design coordination and implementation of mechanical systems in building projects including HVAC fire protection and plumbing services.

Requirements:
- BEng/ BSc/ BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- 7 10 years post graduate design experience in mechanical building services projects
- Professional registration with ECSA
- Proficient in Revit AutoCAD and MS Office
Responsibilities:
- Design HVAC plumbing fire protection and other mechanical systems.
- Manage all phases of building services projects from concept to commissioning.
- Collaborate with architects civil and electrical engineers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local codes sustainability guidelines (e.g. Green Star) and industry best practices.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and contributing to a culture of excellence.
