Job Description
A reputable law firm in Pietermaritzburg is seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice
Duties & Responsibilities
- Admitted Attorney with at least 3 5 years post-admission experience in commercial litigation
- Strong knowledge of the High Court and Magistrates Court procedures
- Experience handling a range of commercial disputes including contracts company law insolvency and property-related litigation
- Able to manage files independently from inception to finalization
- Excellent drafting skills (pleadings opinions notices etc.)
- Confident in court appearances and client consultations
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
