Our client in the telecommunications sector is looking for a professional Program Administrator that has Project management experience. Contract role for 6 months.
Below are the skills required:
Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and providing documentation and reports to internal teams and key stakeholders. This includes maintaining program documentation that encompasses all plans deadlines and briefs.
Meeting Coordination: Scheduling regular meetings recording decisions assigned tasks and next steps and handling minute-taking at meetings.
Onboarding & Resource Management: Assisting in obtaining project resources such as software equipment and access. Management of timesheets which include reminders to the team management of approvals & tracking of hours worked and claimed.
Risk and Issue Management: Identifying analyzing and preparing risk mitigation tactics managing risks and issues and taking corrective actions if required and as related to the Program.
Stakeholder Communication: Engaging all stakeholders managing communication across all stakeholders. Managing Program Stakeholder list and Program communication
Governance and Compliance: Assisting with the setup and improvement of the program governance ensuring program goals and objectives remain aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organisation and maintaining compliance with regulations.
