Job Description
Introduction
Our client a leading Automation company based in Boksburg is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales efforts within the Gauteng region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans managing a team of sales representatives and driving revenue growth in alignment with company goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the region.
- Lead and Manage the regional sales team providing coaching performance feedback and support.
- Analyse regional market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- Set and monitor sales targets for individual team members and the region as a whole.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts reports and performance analyses for senior leadership.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Have completed a recognized Mechanical or Instrumentation apprenticeship or have extensive experience in flow related equipment / instrumentation essential.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 5 years experience as a Regional Sales Manager.
- 5 years sales experience with Project EPC companies such as DRA FLUOR Wood PLC and various others as well as Eksom Power Stations and other major industries in the Gauteng North West and Limpopo provinces.
- Proven experience using MS Office including MS Word Excel and Outlook.
- Proven experience in handling sales calls technical back up demonstrations and client presentations.
