Introduction

Our construction client in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join their growing team. These are new positions created to support upcoming high-profile projects.

What Theyre Looking For:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in construction management
  • Strong track record in managing building sites and construction teams
  • In-depth knowledge of building processes and local regulations
  • Experience with high-rise buildings hospitals and medical builds
  • Skilled in budgeting project controls and contract law
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities
  • Hands-on and proactive management style
  • Commitment to safety and quality

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations
  • Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
  • Lead and coordinate with teams contractors and stakeholders
