Introduction
Our construction client in Cape Town is looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join their growing team. These are new positions created to support upcoming high-profile projects.
What Theyre Looking For:
- Minimum of 10 years experience in construction management
- Strong track record in managing building sites and construction teams
- In-depth knowledge of building processes and local regulations
- Experience with high-rise buildings hospitals and medical builds
- Skilled in budgeting project controls and contract law
- Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership abilities
- Hands-on and proactive management style
- Commitment to safety and quality
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Lead and coordinate with teams contractors and stakeholders
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all project phases
