Job Description
An opportunity has arisen for a General Worker Team Leader to assist in supervising the General Workers and Checkers in the yard and. Please refer to the minimum requirements duties and responsibilities below for further information.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Instructing Team Members clearly as to what you expect of them
- Proactively keeping a high standard of house-keeping
- Organising staff to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Reporting hazards and injuries to the appropriate manager
- Assisting the Team manager in troubleshooting any SAP problems
- Liaising with Business Analysts if the team experiences SAP problems
- In the absence of the Team Manager they will lead the team
- Making sure all of the Teams tasks are completed in the SAP system
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
- Up to 3 years experience
- Ability to motivate the team and direct work flow
