Position Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Reports To: Group Learning and Development Manager
Job Purpose
The Quality Assurance Manager ensures that all training programs assessments and operations within the training centre adhere to national quality standards and regulatory requirements including PSIRA SAQA and relevant SETA/QCTO. This role is responsible for maintaining accreditation implementing internal audits monitoring training quality and improving training effectiveness nationally.

Description
Quality Management Systems
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance frameworks and standards including ISO 9001 or relevant standards for education and training.
Regulatory Knowledge
Familiarity with PSIRA SAQA AVSEC and SETA/QCTO compliance requirements regulations and processes.
Assessment and Moderation Processes
Understanding of the full learner assessment cycle including internal moderation and standardisation processes.
Audit & Compliance
Proficient in conducting internal audits tracking compliance and preparing for external audits.
Training Delivery Oversight
Knowledge of adult learning principles effective training delivery and evaluation methodologies.
Document Management Systems
Skilled in managing learner records compliance documentation and training materials.
Report Writing & Analysis
Ability to generate clear accurate reports on quality assurance activities and findings.
Continuous Improvement Tools
Familiarity with tools for process improvement in training operations.
Requirement
Description
Minimum Qualification
National Diploma in Education Quality Management Training & Development or related field.
Experience
Minimum 5 years in a quality assurance or training management role preferably in a regulated or accreditation environment.
Certifications
Registered Assessor and/or Moderator qualification (preferable).
Systems Knowledge
Proficiency with LMS (Learning Management Systems) or QMS (Quality Management Systems) and MS Office Suite.
