Introduction
Duties & Responsibilities
PURPOSE
To provide secretarial and support service to the KZN Senior Operations Managers and their teams.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Basic administrative functions typing filing taking and collating minutes controlling calls presentations accommodation bookings office stock control and recons. (Microsoft);
- Data capturing and data base maintenance for all internal purposes;
- Liaise with Central Office and inter DC departments to update and maintain relevant information required;
- Co-ordinating functions meetings and local travel arrangements;
- Compiling and distributing reports to various parties internal and external service providers;
- Communicating information to retailers;
- Assisting at offsite DC events from time to time with registration and other administrative task.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Matric
- Fully computer literate on MS office
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Polite and friendly disposition
- Secretarial qualification and experience advantageous
- Good communication skills & conflict resolution
- Good email & phone etiquette
