Job Description

Claims Administrator

Seniority Level: Entry Level (up to 2 yrs exp)Location: Roodepoort Gauteng


About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Claims Manager you will be responsible for processing and managing various claims tasks efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Request and follow up on payments to external service providers.
  • Process all recovery and third-party claims through our appointed external service provider.
  • Handle and process all windscreen claims.
  • Accurately maintain claims records and documentation.
  • Liaise with service providers clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage a large volume of email correspondence effectively.
  • Assist with general claims administration tasks as required.

Requirements:

Qualifications: RE 5 (Essential) FETC In Short Term Insurance NQF 4 Matric Skills: High attention to detail strong organizational skills excellent communication client service orientation proactive team player. Sector: Short Term Insurance Function: Commercial Claims Type: Permanent
