EXPERIENCE: 4-6 Years related working experience

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in IT Business Admin or related field.
-
3 5 years in a combined Business Analyst and QA role.
-
Proven success in delivering quality solutions in a dynamic environment.
-
Strong analytical skills to gather document and analyze business requirements.
-
Proficiency in creating detailed technical and functional specifications.
-
Experience in designing and executing test plans test cases and test scripts.
-
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
-
Proficiency in defect tracking tools (e.g. JIRA Bugzilla).
-
SQL and data analysis capabilities.
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
-
End-to-end testing experience (system integration UAT).
-
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
-
Agile Working Model adaptability and collaboration.
-
Automation testing tools (Selenium TestComplete).
-
Performance/load testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner).
-
API testing (Postman SoapUI).
-
Business process modeling and optimization.
-
DevOps and CI/CD exposure.
-
ITIL or service management knowledge.
-
User training and documentation experience.
-
Familiarity with cloud platforms.
-
Business Analysis or QA certifications (CBAP CCBA ISTQB).

Experience working with distributed teams
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Liaise between business and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.
-
Optimize business processes for efficiency and scalability.
-
Translate requirements into actionable technical specs.
-
Design and execute detailed test plans to validate functionality.
-
Track document and assist with resolving defects.
-
Partner with developers to ensure quality implementation.
-
Oversee system integration and UAT cycles.
-
Train users and provide implementation support.
-
Report on testing progress and performance metrics.
-
Maintain compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.
-
Identify areas for automation and process improvement.
-
Stay abreast of evolving BA/QA methodologies.
