Your Purpose:
As a Senior Connex and Amazon Connect Platform Specialist / Senior Cloud Contact Center Engineer your primary role will be to lead the design implementation support and continuous optimization of our cloud-based contact center platforms. You will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation and innovation helping us elevate the customer experience and business efficiency through intelligent use of Amazon Connect and Connex technologies. This is a high-impact role requiring technical expertise strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Your Responsibilities:
In this role you will architect and manage robust solutions within Amazon Connect and the Connex platform ensuring performance scalability and reliability. Youll work closely with internal teams such as Customer Experience IT and DevOps as well as external vendors to seamlessly integrate these platforms with CRMs ticketing systems and enterprise communication tools.
You will design IVR flows call routing strategies and implement Lambda functions and real-time analytics dashboards. Youll also lead incident response conduct root cause analysis and develop proactive monitoring strategies. Staying informed about AWS service updates and platform advancements will be crucial to driving continuous improvement and innovation.
In addition to hands-on platform work youll mentor junior team members manage platform security and compliance and contribute to governance and best practices within the organization.
Whats Required:
To succeed in this role youll need at least 5 years of experience working with contact center technology specifically with Amazon Connect. You should have a proven background in Connex platform management AWS services such as Lambda S3 CloudWatch DynamoDB IAM and API integrations.
Youll need hands-on experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRMs like Salesforce or Zendesk and be comfortable with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript. Experience with real-time dashboards call recording systems chatbots Lex and AI/ML integrations will be advantageous.
An AWS certification (e.g. Solutions Architect Developer or Connect Specialty) is strongly preferred. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git Jenkins or Terraform and working in regulated environments with compliance standards like GDPR or HIPAA will further strengthen your profile.
