Minimum 1st-year tertiary education in both Information Systems / Computer Science and Accounting.
2 years experience in:
Writing and optimizing complex SQL queries.
Using MS Excel and VBA effectively.
Solid grasp of Windows troubleshooting networking basics and application installations.
Outstanding technical skills and analytical thinking.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities able to bridge the gap between tech and business users.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a support-driven environment.
You ve supported production systems and understand the pressure of maintaining uptime.
You know how to juggle priorities and manage your own workload with confidence.
You re curious adaptable and eager to improve systems and yourself.
You speak both tech and human and can simplify complexity for others.
