Job Description
Our company is looking for a dedicated and organized Transport Administrator to join our team in the logistics department. If youre a proactive person with excellent transportation organization and coordination skills this position might be right for you.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordinating the transport of goods according to customer requirements and established deadlines
- Effective communication with drivers and transport providers to ensure on-time deliveries
- Preparation of the necessary documents for transport (invoices accompanying notices etc.
- Monitoring of routes and stocks of goods to ensure efficient management of transports
- Efficient resolution of problems and unforeseen situations related to transport.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics or transport is an advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently
- Solid knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office transport monitoring programs etc.
