We are looking for a Google Workspace Migration Support Specialist to join our team on a critical migration project. This role involves planning and executing email and data migrations to Google Workspace supporting end-users and ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Workspace tools and migration platforms strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of cloud collaboration environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute migrations from legacy platforms such as Microsoft Exchange Office 365 and IMAP to Google Workspace.
Provide technical support across pre-migration migration and post-migration phases.
Configure and manage Google Workspace applications including Gmail Drive Calendar and Admin Console.
Troubleshoot issues related to email delivery data integrity and user authentication.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Develop and deliver user training and documentation on Google Workspace functionality and best practices.
Monitor system performance and gather user feedback to drive adoption and optimize functionality.
Maintain thorough documentation of migration steps issues and resolutions.
Required Experience and Skills:
Demonstrated experience supporting migrations from Microsoft environments to Google Workspace.
Minimum of 5 years in IT support or cloud service delivery with a focus on Google Workspace.
Strong proficiency in Google Workspace administration and migration processes.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Workspace Migrate CloudM or BitTitan.
In-depth knowledge of DNS IMAP SMTP OAuth and SSO.
Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Full Time
