Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Senior Receptionist / Back-Up Therapist for a luxury spa based in the North West region. This dual-role opportunity is ideal for a professional with a passion for guest service and wellness who is confident in both front-of-house operations and providing spa treatments when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage front-of-house duties including guest check-ins bookings and daily spa administration
Provide exceptional guest service maintaining the spa s luxury standards at all times
Support the spa team with treatment delivery during busy periods or staff absences
Handle client enquiries and resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner
Maintain a clean organised and welcoming reception area
Assist in retail sales and inventory management
Ensure a smooth flow of communication between guests therapists and management
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar spa reception or front desk role
Qualified spa therapist with recognised certification (e.g. ITEC CIDESCO or equivalent)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional and well-groomed appearance
Willingness to be flexible with duties and working hours
