Job Description

Introduction

POSITION: Mechanical / Civil Engineering Supervisor (Junior) - contract

INDUSTRY: Engineering / Construction Industry

SALARIES: Up to R32k p/m

AREA: Free State

SEND: nap

Duties & Responsibilities

Leading and managing teams of engineers and technicians
Overseeing project planning
Implementing and monitoring engineering processes
Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Facilitating communication between the engineering team
Conducting performance reviews
Managing a team of engineers

Desired Experience & Qualification

N Certificate /Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Trade test certificate in Mechanical Fitting / Boiler Making
Minimum of 2 years experience in a construction environment

Package & Remuneration

SALARIES: Up to R32k p/m
