Are you a proactive and strategic procurement professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic hospitality environment We are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager to manage our full procurement functionfrom sourcing quality goods to driving cost efficiencies across our operations.
In this pivotal role you will oversee the sourcing and supply of everything from fresh produce and F&B stock to housekeeping and maintenance supplies. Youll work cross-functionally with department heads and suppliers to ensure seamless compliant and cost-effective procurement that supports operational excellence.
Minimum 5 years procurement experience (hospitality industry strongly preferred)
Strong vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
Solid understanding of sourcing for F&B housekeeping and back-of-house operations
Familiarity with HACCP and relevant compliance requirements
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent planning budgeting and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end procurement process across all departments
Source high-quality goods and negotiate cost-effective supplier agreements
Monitor supplier performance and ensure service-level compliance
Collaborate with key departments to forecast demand and manage stock levels
Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements
