Job Description
In this pivotal role you will oversee the sourcing and supply of everything from fresh produce and F&B stock to housekeeping and maintenance supplies. Youll work cross-functionally with department heads and suppliers to ensure seamless compliant and cost-effective procurement that supports operational excellence.
- Minimum 5 years procurement experience (hospitality industry strongly preferred)
- Strong vendor negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
- Solid understanding of sourcing for F&B housekeeping and back-of-house operations
- Familiarity with HACCP and relevant compliance requirements
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent planning budgeting and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process across all departments
- Source high-quality goods and negotiate cost-effective supplier agreements
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure service-level compliance
- Collaborate with key departments to forecast demand and manage stock levels
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyse spending trends and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency
