Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven individual to join our Call Center sales team. The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively promote and sell our products or services over the phone to potential customers. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills a persuasive sales technique and a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and listening skills
- Achieve and exceed daily weekly and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers
Requirements :
- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 or Equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Must be 25 Years and older
