RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our clients team in Kathu. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to build strong relationships with clients manage key accounts and drive sales growth in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients in the region
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales in line with company targets
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer queries complaints and feedback
- Develop and implement account strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and service excellence
- Attend client meetings site visits and industry events as required
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and relevant industry regulations
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
- Degree or diploma in Business Sales or related field (advantageous)
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Solid understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region
