Job Description

We are recruiting for aCloud Support Engineer roleon a 12-months contract.

Role responsibilities include:

Providing technical support to customers and internal teams using cloud services.
Addressing customer issues resolving technical problems and ensuring a positive user experience.
May work with various cloud platforms and services including customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Information Technology 9IT) or related.
Must have a Cloud Engineering Certification.
8 Years of experience as a Cloud Engineer or Support Engineer
