Job Description
Hire Resolves Client is currently looking for a Senior Security Specialist to join their mining company based in Gauteng.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure team health and safety by applying relevant standards during planning and operations
- Promote a Zero Harm culture by supporting safety initiatives and applying safety regulations
- Define team roles clearly and manage workload performance and task delivery
- Support diversity respect and inclusion in the workplace
- Develop and implement procedures to improve investigations analysis and operations
- Manage crime and security data collection analysis and reporting
- Maintain effective administrative and governance processes
- Oversee full case management from initiation to closure with appropriate actions
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Security Management
- PSIRA Grade A
- 5 years experience as a Senior Investigator with 2 years supervisory experience WITHIN THE MINING INDUSTRY.
- Experience in conducting and concluding discreet investigations
- Valid Drivers License
