Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and experienced Spa Therapist for a luxury boutique hotel located in Ballito. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a serene and sophisticated property that prides itself on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Requirements:
Recognised spa/beauty therapy qualification (e.g. CIDESCO ITEC SAAHSP)
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Proficiency in a wide range of treatments (massages facials waxing manicures pedicures etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well-groomed professional and personable
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality spa treatments in line with the property s standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the spa area
Recommend treatments and products suited to guest needs
Assist in retail sales and ensure stock levels are maintained
Uphold the luxury standards of the spa and ensure a relaxing environment for all guests
