Overview
We are seeking a data-driven individual to join our marketing team as a Junior Marketing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing team by analysing campaign performance customer behaviour and loyalty programme data. This role is pivotal in providing insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Analysis:
- Analyse the performance of various marketing campaigns across different channels (e.g. email social media).
- Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends to inform future campaigns.
- Manage the targeted campaigns calendar.
- Liaise with various departments during the preparation phase (e.g. codes artwork copy)
- Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Customer Analysis:
- Analyse customer behaviour and segmentation data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Understand customer profiles and identify target audiences for specific marketing initiatives.
- Direct Marketing Mailer Performance:
- Monitor email open rates click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Analyse email content and design to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations for optimising email content and frequency.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Collect clean and organize marketing data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for the marketing team.
- Utilize data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Support Marketing Team:
- Provide data-driven insights to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Statistics Business Analytics or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate findings.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
