Job Description
Role: Sample and Merchandise Co-Ordinator
Location: Durban - Windermere
Education / Computer Packages:
- Matric
- Minimum 5 years experience in the Textile environment
- Microsoft office
- Clear criminal record
Communication Skills:Effectively communicating with various teams including buyers designers and suppliers.
Creativity and Design Skills:Developing visually appealing displays and layouts that attract customers.
Negotiation Skills:Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to maximize profitability.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems that occur during production
- Instruct and communicate accordingly with management and technical support
- Co-ordinate the Sample Set production line according to production schedule and ensure deadlines and output targets are met daily.
- Check all samples
- Fit / PPS / BPS sample management
- Write cut sheets
- Work closely with the production team
