Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: Implement and maintain compliance with the OHS Act NOSA and GMP standards. Develop monitor and enforce OHS policies and procedures. Lead and coordinate OHS Committees safety audits and emergency drills. Investigate and address workplace hazards accidents and unsafe conditions. Conduct employee safety training inductions and annual refresher programs. Oversee safety files documentation and compliance certifications. Monitor workplace behaviour ensuring adherence to policies and PPE usage.

Requirements: Proven experience in occupational health and safety. Strong understanding of safety compliance regulations and standards. Certification in safety training first aid firefighting or SHE will be advantageous. Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
